my PC is stuck rebooting. When it gets to the choice to go to safe mode I cant use my arrow keys. I want to launch in safe mode and figure out this issue from there. I also have the Win XP CD in my drive and dont know how to boot from tyhat not being able to get to windows. I was able to hit f8 and get into the bios but cant use my arrow keys nor the enter button there either. So I am stuck in a viscous cycle. Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated. Thank You

You could try removing the CMOS battery...and forcing a reversion to default CMOS settings...then attempt to go into the BIOS and change your boot options to CD/DVD first...then use an XP CD to access the Recovery Console and try to run chkdsk /r from there.

Before trying this, please unplug your system, after powering down properly.
