how could i activate my run dialog box? help pls...

I'm unsure of what you mean by "activate"
To use it, click on "Start", then click on "Run"
Or, press the Windows Key and R

If it's missing from the menu, right click on the Start Button and select Properties
Then click on the Customize button for the Start menu, then on the Advanced tab
Scroll down to the Run command there and put a check in the box, then click on Apply to save the changes.

john its still missing in the check box's..what should i do? i want to enable it in the registry but i cant
remember where to get in..

Try opening Taskmanager: Ctrl + Alt + Del

Click File --> Hold 'Ctrl' and click on 'New Task'

This Will open the Command Prompt

Type 'regedit' --> Enter

task manager has been disabled..even the win+R is not functioning.

You can get to the registry from System32 file titled "regedt32"...I would be really concerned about not having "Task Manager" though...THAT FUNCTION is many times disabled by Malware!!! If you are fighting some kind of infection that may explain why some of your functions are missing to begin with...I would probably take a real hard look into this...

Try running the RRT (Remove Restrictions Tool).
