hi - i have 2 computers with the same problem
i can receive emails but i can't send any emails .

use a network modem and a wireless adapter to access 2nd computer.

here is the error message that shows up -

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'embarqmail.com', Server: 'smtp.embarqmail.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 SBL-XBL restriction: See http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=67.232.228.153', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

i use embarq dsl but access emails with outlook express

i called embarq checked all my setting and things looks good from their end -
they acted like it was microsoft problem ??

i'm sure others have had this problem - so i need help .

is it spyware - virus or others stuff

thanks to all who have looked at my problem but it's looks like time has fixed the problem ?? i can receive and send mail at both email addresses.
please let me know if you have any ideas what may have caused this .
