When I go to gmail a red bar pops up saying my browser cache is full and could cause problems with my mail. Followed steps to delete browser history including restart of "bleeping" computer. The only option left that I know of is to restore the temporary internet files and I can't find how to do that. Any help would be appreciated. I am a novice with computers.

Please take a look here. What was your browser and Operating system?
How do I clear my web browser's cache?

THANKS FOR THE REPLY BOOPME. I HAVE THE DELL INSPIRON 530 WITH INTERNET EXPLORER 7. WHAT I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND IS THE PROCESS TO RESTORE TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES. THE COMMANDS IN THE FILE YOU SHOWED ME DIDN'T WORK AND THE NEXT STEP IS TO RESTORE TEMP. NET FILE. THIS IS WHERE I GET LOST. THANKS AGAIN.

Your Temporary Internet Files folder may use more disk space than you specified in Amount of disk space to use
See the workaround in this MSFT article
Temporary Internet Files Use More Disk Space Than Specified
