I am Updating to Windows Vista Home. Prior to doing that I need to back up all of my files and programs. I thought there would be a "backup" option in the control panel under administraive tools, but i don't see one. Any help would be appreciated!

The best way to backup your files is to store them on a removable media like CDs or DVDs.

To backup your files using W2k go to Start> Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Backup.

If you would like to read a tutorial the this one.
