i backed up my computer with acronis and got it repaired and then when it came back it was in factory state so i installed acronis on it and then wen i click restore after it started restoring it said can't read something..... so i clicked ignore then another one came and then after it said archive is corrupted. now i am stuck with like totally nothing. does anyone with experience from using acronis, know what to do?

How did you do the backup, and onto what media?

In other words, did you make an image of the drive, image of one partition, backup to a hidden partition, image to a DVD?

Have you made a bootable Acronis recovery disk?
