hi all my name is nicky, i'm very new to forums but just about ready to wreck this computer. Cant work out if it needs restored or if its just a crap pc. seems to be getting slower by the day and my system restore is unsuccessful every time, says it is unable to restore and my files have not been affected. any advice would be much appreciated. thanks

hi Nicky,,,, have you scanned your system for viruses and spyware.
If not then run a compleat virus scan with your anti virus software,,,, then download this spyware scanner, the free version ,,, update the defonitions and boot in safe mode and run a complete scan.

to prevent any program clashes, maybe you can tell us what antivirus program you have installed and what other protection programs are on there. when did you last update them and run each on full deep scans?
