Unaware of any possible issues that could arise, I had been operating my computer as the administrator user.
I received a trojan horse virus that has corupted my admin user profile and will not allow me access to do anything as an administrator.

I've even tried to load my reinstall dvd and the drivers and utilities dvd at restart but they will not load.
I can pull programs from the dvd but cannot access the diagnostics repair on dvd. As usual the prompt for administrator passcode come up
but when I type it in and hit enter the screen goes blank and reappears with "cannot access file or user does not exist."

At log on, I get:
The User Profile Service service failed the logon.
User profile cannot be loaded.

Because its the administrator user that has the issue, the computer will not allow me to perform any type of function that will promote change within the system.

The options available to fix regular user functions do not apply to the Admin user functions because of passcode protection.
I cannot access files under admin user to tranfer or do anything.

Two other profiles exist without passcodes are still operable.

If anyway possible I would like to hopefully retain my data under admin profile and fix errors.
