I currently use Auslogics disc defragment software, and like it. I just ran a defrag, and in the completion screen it says my PC is not setup for optimum performance and reccomended downloading Auslogics Boost Speed 4. Is this something worth looking into, or is it just a gimmick to get me to download it? I have an HP Pavilloin with Vista Home Premium/Verizon DSL, and it works fine.

Comments and suggestions are welcome, thanks.

Do you feel that you're running slower than you should be?

If it ain't broke don't try to fix it is advice I hear time again on these forums. Boost Speed does have a registry cleaner and if used could give you problems you don't have now. You want a speed boost spend your money on RAM and get all your system can handle is my 2 cents worth of advice.

Along the same lines as Mishy, just take a peek at your own comments and that should tell you if another tool is warranted or not.

I'll leave my computer the way it currently is, sounds like it's not worth it. The computer runs fine. Thanks for the replies.
