i want to get 1066 ram for a super fast computer, but ive been told that in order to use it to its full potential, i need to overclock an fsb to 2133, and ive also been told that there are no fsbs in existence that will oc that much. SO WHO LIED?

I'm not exactly sure what your talking about. I do not believe there are any FSB's rated anywhere in the range of 2Ghz or....2133?

For the memory party, I'm not sure if you mean the memories speed or type. Like PC 10600, Pc 3200, ect?

The Intel 925xe supports a 1066 MHz FSB.

You would need an FSB of 2133 to make the memory to fsb ratio 1:1. FSB runs in Quad Data rate (2133/4=533). while ram runs in Dual Data rate (1066/2=533). they say a 1:1 ratio is best, but if your memory is faster then the fsb, you should be fine. You should only be worried about bottlenecking if the ram is slower then the fsb. Everything should work out fine for you, as long as the motherboard supports 1066mhz ram.
