I wonder if someone can help me with this. I previously had a small tweaking application for Windows Vista but it was lost in one of my infamous crashes. All I can remember is that it came in a Zip file, had Bubbles somewhere in the name (a reference to the Bubbles screen saver for Vista) and it was full of helpful little tweaks for Vista. There were things like removing the arrows from shortcuts, tweaks for the Bubbles screen saver, tweaks for the ribbons screen saver and many other things. I am only interested in this particular application. I am aware of other ways to remove the arrows from shortcuts, etc. , but it is this particular application only that I want.

Someone out there should be familiar with it and be able to hook me up with a link for it. It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am not familiar with it (I am still on Xp) but I guess this is what you are looking for: WinBubble
