Hi Jaymet. Welcome to Bleeping Computer. To my untrained eye there doesn't appear to be much bad in your startup, but a good program to have is WINPATROL. You will find a link here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic3616.html

You can right click on Scotty dog and choose STARTUP where you can disable startup items you don't want. 'svchost.exe' is not a problem, if spelt exactly as shown, as this is the collections of services running under your system.

Check out individual .exe files under the 'Startup List' Tab at the top of any page at this site.
