Is it possible to create a stand-alone .EXE from a VB Express project?

After some reading it looks like the answer is no, but according to the link
you can create it to run on other computers with .NET framework.

Nope. C++ Express is the only edition that can make native EXEs
All other languages require the .Net framework. (That includes the paid editions)
