Ok, so I'm on a DSL connection with a Linksys Cisco wireless router.
I have a Linksys wireless networking adapter (PCI) with SpeedBooster.
I can connect most of the time, but I often get disconnected, and sometimes it won't let me connect.
The network in under WPA security, could that be a problem?
Also.
I can't connect my PSP, ever.
My DS doesn't seem to be able to connect when it's WPA security, only WEP, I would use WEP, but Vista seems to not have an option to connect to WEP secured networks. Any advice there?

The laptop with Vista on it connects perfectly and doesn't connect, and the desktop that's connected with an ethernet cable doesn't mess up either.
BTW, the computer I'm having connection problems with is running Windows XP Pro SP2.

I have same problem with same Linksys (cisco) wireless router, I usually reboot Modem and Router and that usually does it. I shouldn't have too but until I find a better solution this usually works.

You could try downloading the update first from microsoft for your XP Pro http://support.microsoft.com/kb/893357 if it still give you the same problem update the driver of the wireless PCI adapter.

By the way how far is the wireless XP desktop from the router, have you checked if there is anything that could interfere with the signal of the router going to the computer(cordless phone running 2.4 Ghz, glass windows, brick wall ect.) check if the computer get's an excellent signal of poor to isolate the problem.
