Hello. You can just use geocities.com.It's a very good host site for newbies... it has web tools and so on very easy and handy to use if you don't know anything about HTML,CSS,JAVA and so on

I agree with virus that geocities is a very good spot to host your web site. It also have a program to help you build your page. My website is done by geocities (if you want to see it you can click on WWW icon or where should i post my question).
