I need a Windows based IRC bot that works well on Freenode to put in a channel I run.

The only major feature I need is the be able to announce files uploaded to the website in the channel. I guess the bot would need to be able to check an RSS feed at specific intervals and display the info in the feed.

Anyone know of a script/program that will accomplish this?
