I do have some weird looking non P&P devices in my Device Manager.

Anyone got a clue what the hell they are?

I also have there other suspicious drivers that does not support P&P, and their names are:

ATICDSDr
atidgllk
Beep - used, could this be removed for good somehow?
BOPOMAV
c34nb4c5
DirectX DLL register
e259q4c6
Fs_Rec
rvbedit (I killed this one already)
SSDefrag (I killed this one already)
NetGroup Packet Filter Driver
Parallel - used, could this be removed for good somehow?
YQZBNWOGRK (I killed this one already)

Can I remove/uninstall few of them?

Well, fist at all, to see all these devices, you have to use the registry tweak:

CODE
REGEDIT4

;show all the devices in the hardware table
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment]
"DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES"=dword:00000001

And then reboot + choose in the menu again show all devices. Then you can see these.

And true, I had a mallware infection when I was running IE. Not anymore, but some stuff can remain there.

ATICDSDr - removed, no ill effects
atidgllk - removed, no ill effects (I do overclock, but I have nVidia card (ATI mobo chipset tough) and mobo I overclock in bios)

Beep - used, could this be removed for good somehow? Is not that the "beep" speaker anyway?

BOPOMAV - removed, no ill effects
c34nb4c5 - removed, no ill effects
e259q4c6 - removed, no ill effects

Fs_Rec - removed, but it keep comming back (should be File System recognizer)

NetGroup Packet Filter Driver - part of WinPcap - installed for Etheral sniffer, removed

Parallel - removed, but it keep comming back (parallel port disabled in bios)

YQZBNWOGRK - removed, no ill effects

o, anyone know, how to get rid of these for good?

Beep - removed, but it keep comming back (I did not want beeper at all!)
Fs_Rec- removed, but it keep comming back (is this really necessary? unused all the time!)
Parallel - removed, but it keep comming back (parallel/serial ports disabled in bios)

Recently I noticed this:
ALSysIO - coretemp driver, removed

Also I wonder about those:
dmboot
dmload
Diskperf (all disk performace things are disabled already?)
driver IPSEC (IPSEC disabled in serices already?)
Fips
KSecDD
partmgr
ParVdm
VgaSave - VGA driver for emergency situations, removed yet comming back... I try disable it in Autoruns and uninstall there and we see smile.gif

You can disable the beep.

I've done this successfully in the past.
My info is from HERE: http://www.ericmmartin.com/annoying-system-beep/

1. Right-click on My Computer (added by me, or from Control Panel to get to Device Manager)
2. On the Hardware tab, click on [Device Manager]
3. On the “View” menu, select “Show hidden devices”
4. Under “Non-Plug and Play Drivers”, right-click “Beep”
5. Click “Disable”
6. Answer [Yes] when asked if you really want to disable it
7. Answer [No] when asked if you want to reboot
8. Right-click “Beep” again.
9. Click “Properties”
10. On the “Driver” tab, set the Startup type to Disabled
11. Click [Stop]
12. Click [OK]
13. Answer [No] when asked if you want to reboot (I always reboot)
