I have windows xp that has net nanny installed. I bought this computer second hand and don't have a password. Searched site for instructions on how to safely remove this but came up empty. can someone help me please?

Net Nanny will reset it for you so that you can remove it. See: Forgot Net Nanny Password
If it is perhaps a trial version, "test123" is given on the net nanny site as a legit password.
