New to this site and very much a novice with my computer skills

I have my pop-up blocker (panick ware) and broswer settings as high as they go, but, as I surf, my page keeps getting re-directed elsewhere. I have attemptd to use Lavasoft's Ad-Aware, Spybot, and Easy Cleaner. I have even attempted to clean from safe mode. I am running out of ideas. Any suggestions?
