Hi
my PC have been infected with the "ultimate defender- windows security center" malaware warning

I have cleaned the pc for several days with all the programs you can imagine. ( pest patrol, spybot, xsoftspy, adaware2007,sdfix,SmitfraudFix.,)
Seems "cleaned" but the Pop Up from the fake windows security center keeps showing up

I installed HiJackThis and have a log of that scan. What should I do next?
Please help

Is this an XP PC ?
