I was wondering why, only some Forums on BC have Attachment File Upload Facilities,and some don't.

File attachments are inherently risky in forums. What is to stop someone from uploading malware or other undesirables. With this in mind, we only allow attachments in forums where they are necessary for the helping of peoples problems.
