Help. I need a photo program that can merge a photo on to another photo. I have Photo Impact Pro 11 but its hard to understand. Anyone out there suggest a good program free or low price?

Not really sure if it will do what you are talking about but I know Photoshop has a free online version now called Photoshop Expresss I think ...
