I have run mbam, spybot, avast, adaware and they have all come up negative for malware.

My pc guard AV has detected W32/KillProc.D and it has been deleted, however it has reappeared again and cannot be removed.

This is very frustrating as my pc is slowing down and it is very important that I can get it running completely malware free as my profession requires me too use my pc regularly.

This is what virgin pc guard says:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\KILL1211.EXE W32/KillProc.D Deleted 08/04/2008 07:38:05

C:\SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION\_RESTORE{B4DBDBDB-658C-4228-B504-6C5E04896B1A}\RP644\A0083925.EXE

W32/KillProc.D Deleted 08/04/2008 20:41:31

please help me

I found some info that this file may be part of the Acer ePower Managerment suite. If that's the case it could be a false detection.

Go to jotti's virusscan or virustotal.com. In the "File to upload & scan" box, click the "browse" button and locate the following file:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\KILL1211.EXE <- this file
Click "Open", then click the "Submit" button.
-- Post back with the results of the file analysis in your next reply.
