I run a scan with NOD32 and there was this entry.

This is on my external drive and I do not know what to do.
Can I remove this?
And with what?

Sorry for the bad english but I'm dutch.
If anyone could help me with this I would be most pleased.

yes remove it, if you are not able to delete it, change file permission, take own of the file. login as admin-> right click the file-> security tab-> take ownership or check all options(full control).

Doesn't help me much.
Can't even find the file on my external.

The file that was flagged is in your System Restore. This is a windows protected folder that allows you to go back to an earlier state if needed. In order to remove the file, you need to flush the system restore points. The easiest and safest way to do this is:

• Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools and click "System Restore".
• Choose the radio button marked "Create a Restore Point" on the first screen then click "Next". Give the R.P. a name, then click "Create". The new point will be stamped with the current date and time. Keep a log of this so you can find it easily should you need to use System Restore.
• Then use Disk Cleanup to remove all but the most recently created Restore Point. Note: The directions for Disk Cleanup on that site are for Windows XP Pro. If you have the home edition, Disk Cleanup will start automatically. Let it finish its calculations which may take a while, then click on the More Options tab as directed below.
• Go to Start > Run and type: Cleanmgr
• Click "Ok".
• Click the "More Options" Tab.
• Click "Clean Up" in the System Restore section to remove all previous restore points except the newly created one.
