Greetings! It looks like all these parts should work fine together. I personally would rather go with an Intel proc than an AMD but to each his own lol
One thing to remember is the download and flash to the latest bios rev. for the motherboard.

If you could add links that would be good so we can refrence what you looking at quickly. Second, all depends on your gaming, but the XFX 8500 GT is an older card and still retailing for almost $100. In my opinion if your looking for a good card for a lower price you shouldnt look any lower then the 8800GS which will run you around $100 after rebate and will smoke an 8500GT. Anything lower then an 8800GS is going to have a 128bit interface which makes it a lot slower card compared to the 8800GS which has a 192bit or such cards as the 9600GT and 8800GT that have the 256bit. Also its up to you on the RAM but if you plan on overclocking the processor then the Tracer RAM is probably a good choice but if you dont you can get 2GB of Gskill 6400 off new egg for around $35-$45 out the door. Thats what i bought and it works great.

that memory is 2.2volt so you would need to go immediately into bios and adjust?

Lucky I am going to go with the 8800GS but I am having a hard time finding out if the memory I look at is the right choice . When I try to find the right memory It doesn't show the voltage so i am not sure . I do like what I have read about gskill memory .

I want to thank everyone for helping me with the questions I had in building my computer.
As of this morning it is up and running.I had a few problems trying to install windows but solved the problem by reading a lot of posts.
