What does the computer message: "one of disks needs to be checked for consistency" mean?
At what time on your computer are you getting this message? It sounds like it's telling you that you have a faulty hard drive. I would determine the make of you hard drive(s) and go to their support site and download the drive diagnostic tool and scan for problems
