Hiya smile.gif

Everytime I close the Internet Explorer window, the window goes white and blank rather than closing immediately. Then a Error Report window pops up asking if I'd like to send an error report back to Microsoft or not.

I've already run my anti-virus (the latest version of Norton) and Ad-Aware and the problem persists.

This only happens on IE7. Closing the windows of other applications (My Documents, Outlook Express, etc.) is fine and they close down as normal.

Although it's not a major problem, it's getting really annoying.

Anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks! smile.gif

Hi Terry PSV,

Do you experience the same trouble when you run IE 7 without add-ons?

Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

Here is the next step:
Internet Explorer / Tools / Internet Options / Advanced tab / Reset Internet Explorer settings - Reset button.

Thank you so much! The annoyance is at an end! smile.gif

Everything on IE7 is running fine now. Once again, thank you.
