Would that be considered to be safe? Any suggestions?

If you're using Norton 360, then Comodo Firewall is unnecessary, and potentially hazardous, as these two firewalls can conflict. I would uninstall Comodo. Then everything would be fine. And yes, Spybot is a keeper.

So you think I'm safe now? (Just a bit paranoid after my Dad downloaded Files Secure(Rouge antivirus))

Make sure Norton 360 is updated, scan downloaded files before opening them and you should be ok. Also, to keep extra safe, read this guide.
