My (second) PC is OK but on (C:) 5.86 GB and it's not enough for( C:).The second sector(F:) 31.40 GB and I decided delete Partition or to have partition C:20GB and F:20GB.
If there is a way to do it in disk managemenent I will be very glad .
I know all of this can be done by process of installing ( new instalation).
I am waiting for your reply.
Thank you.

In order to re-partition the drive and have your operating system and everything stored on the drive to remain safely, You will need a partitioning program such as
Acronis True Image
or
Norton Ghost
There are some open source partition managers at Sourceforge.net but the one's I've tried there are not very user-friendly

This is the one I tried

Amazing Andrew
Gparted, a free and open source partition manager, is quite user friendly, in my opinion.
