Hello and HELP, can anyone tell me what this error code means "clear huge es segment register". This is a new build and after post and hitting F1 to continue, to install XP, she just freezes and all I can do is shut it off using the power button. Thank you in advance. GRRRRRRRR.

I can't tell you what it means...it's an Award BIOS error code for which I see no explanation.

I'd try going with the default settings by shorting the CMOS jumper.

If it actually makes it through POST, then it's a driver issue...which a BIOS update may impact.
