Autoruns.exe is the GUI Version of Autoruns (Easy to use) and Autorunsc.exe is the command-line version of Autoruns
If you want to use Autorunsc.exe then heres how:
Usage: autorunsc [-a] | [-c] [-b] [-d] [-e] [-g] [-h] [-i] [-l] [-m] [-p] [-r] [-s] [-v] [-w] [user]
-a

-b

-c

-d
