I can not get WMP to open from the icon I have to click on the icon the sound starts up but to get the video I have to go down to the start (round windows Globe) and scroll up to WMP in the left hand and open on WMP. Then it won't shut down when I click on the x and if I'm playing another video I have a lot trouble getting the first video to shut down and the second to start?
