When tried to install a program that required a patch and then uninstalled it. Can't remove of a Patching program it is attached to WinPrint. The Patch error occurs when launching Windows and keeps repeating with this message:
Header: WinPrint
Patch applied successfully! If your software is still a trail maybe you need to install it before patching it.
Button: OK
AVG classifies it as a Trojan Horse Backdoor Delf.BAA but can't remove it.

What program was this? Were you trying to install it off the web or from a disk?

Have you tried scanning in safe mode?
What is your operating system: Windows XP, Vista etc.?
