Yeah i have a problem when i try to install it when the yellow bar pop up it said no plugin were installed and when i went to this site(http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx) to install it, it still did not work so i need help on it. Are you saying that you tried the manual instal? As in going to microsoft download centre and downloading the media player setup.

No i didn't click the manual install would that had help?

Go to this site : http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.aspx . Download WMP 11, install it and you have no problem anymore.
