Well, I was talking to my clan mate(for a game called America's army for any1 interested), and he was complaining my mic was fuzzy, so I said I would go get my other mic. So i ran downstairs picked it up, and tried to put it in the slot, but kinda slipped and it fell into the usb slot, all of a sudden my comp started bleeping, only thing i noticed before i shut it off was that it disconnect from Internet, which comes thru usb. Now whenever I turn on my computer it just bleeps and says something about Plug and Play v1.0A, and doesn't boot, all keys are useless, Any ideas?????

How hard did you push it in? Does it look like you pushed usb port in to the point where you may have damaged something?

I didnt push it hard at all, at least I don't think I did. Does the fact it says plug and play help at all?
I'll try get a pic of it for you. I am probably gonna take it to best buy at the weekend so they can fix it(3 yr guarantee, YAY!)and um just say it started doing it. GJ I backed up my hd the day it happened onto my iriver, so yay for me!
I talked to some people on the game I play, here are some of the things they said that might help you:
1)check ram is in correctly(its in tight under its clips so it must be)
2)maybe short circuited my usb circuit
3)I fried my ide cables or my hd

Tried going into the BIOS (If you can get that far) and disable the onboard USB . If f the problem goes away it may be a local problem . Anyway it's the first step to eliminate possible problems .
