I use Vista 32. And I use Avast pro 4.7 Anti virus software.

On a Boot Scan the monitor shows the scan - and then when it get to scanning: C:\Windows.... the monitor goes black and turns off and then the computer shuts down. when I restart it tell me start up needs to do some repairs, afterwhich it tell me it can't repair and then when I click adavanced options and repair - it tell me all is well and boots up.

I have asked the AVAST tech guys to help but they are at a loss - the computer works fine. So attached is A ComboFix log.

Can anyone check this for me and explaion if and what I need to do?

Cheers - Ben

I haven't seen this error myself, but with the monitor going black I'd suggest updating your video drivers to latest version available from the manufacturer of your video chipset (ATI, nVidia, Intel, etc) - not from the manufacturer of the system.
