i know where some of them might go but i cant figure out where the rest go.
if anyone knows anything about these kind of things... it would mean alot.
i just dont know what to do. and i need to use the tower because mine doesnt have enough ram in it.

its a "A Open"...
it older... but it has a few sticks of ram in it he told me.
and as for the wires they all come out of the main box from top top of the tower...
some are plugged in but others are just hanging there.

Sounds like the power supply. Are the wires inside the case? Kind of looks like this?

everything is still in the case but its all blah.
the fan is hooked up.. and some of the wires are all hooked up but other arent.

Not every wire off the power supply will be connected. Have you tried to turn the computer on yet? In order to try and tell you what should be connected we will need to know whats in the computer. If the computer was built at a computer store you will need to try and locate the make and model of the motherboard. If it is an actual Aopen computer we will need a make and model number. Try turning it on first and see if it works.

i tried to turn it on and nothing works.
where do i find the make and model?

Any labels on the front or back? Model number or anything else like that?

It may have been built special for you or it could be DELL or HP or something like that.
