I bought a DVD to replace the CD Drive in my computer. I have done this on other machines, but this machine stumps me on how to open the case. It has two flip up things (one of each side) but when I flip them up, nothing seems to happen. There are no visible screws holding the case on. Anyone familiar with this machine? Thanks in advance for your help.

I found out by trial and error. I was getting in one way or the other. After you open the front clips you slide whole case forward. I had to use a screw driver on the top in the back and other places to get the case moving.

I take it it's a desk top case ?

Some manufactures make there cases in such a way that the case slides forward's to be removed and not backwards as with most cases.
HP are a classic example of this.
