Installed zone alarm but now having trouble with office network. Not sure how to set access for local computers to see each other and access.

For starters, you need to put your network range in the Trusted zone. That should include the router.
ALso add your DHCP and DNS servers into the trusted zone.
Local host 127.0.0.1 needs to be trusted as well.
