I have an ATI All-in-wonder9000 low profile in my only AGP slot. It has worked great over the past few years and would like to keep it for its TV-Tuner. Needless to say, I need to update my 3D graphics. Is it possible for me to get a good PCI Video Card, keep my AIW9000, and run both or one at a time as needed?

It's possible for a dual monitor setup. I couldn't say for a single monitor

you do know there are better AIW that the one you have and they have more memory.

As Mentioned it is possible to "stack" PCI and AGP video cards your best bet would be to upgrade your AGP card since your AGP port has a much higher bandwidth then the PCI port. You will be bottle necked with your PCI card and may not be able to play the latest games. In order to use both cards the way you want you would need to either physically switch the VGA connector, use a Video switch hooked up to both cards and the one monitor or use 2 monitors.

Personally I would save my money and work toward a new build that will have PCI-E which would allow you to use the newer and faster boards not to mention a faster CPU and RAM.

If I have a second monitor would I still have to worry about the bottleneck?
Would the PCI be ok if it was used only for the second monitor (game monitor) or still not enough bandwidth?
Thinking of using my HDTV (PC compatible) for the second monitor.

Your ATI card is a PCI? If this is the case use your AGP x8 port for a good quality card such as an Geforce 7800 or 7600 and use it for gaming and use the other card for the TV function. I have not stacked video cards personally so I don't know how this will work with games.
