hello.. i tried to update my itunes and when i went to install it.. it came up and said "itunes cannot run because some of the required files are missing. please reinstall itunes." i tried reinstalling it and i got the same message. i tried installing the old version same thing. i tried updating quick time, same thing. i tried running a clean install of itunes, same thing. i tried system restore, samething.

PLEASE HELP!! :[

Do you have quicktime? because I think quicktime is needed for the installation. Try checking that.

Hello try Uninstalling ITunes and Quicktime first

Uninstall Quicktime in add/remove programs
Then delete the files in C:Program Files>/Quicktime

Next,then install Quicktime 7.1.5 and iTunes 7.4.2.4 from oldapps.
