I have Toshiba L30 satelite with windows vista basic and synaptics drivers. Problem is that after reinstallin windows my touchpad stopped workin and i tried everythin can anyone help? please.

You probably need to install the device driver for the touchpad. You should be able to download it from the Toshiba website. I found one here, but I'm not 100% sure this one will work with your model of laptop.
