Recently discovered IE7 does not work. I am running Vista Ultimate w/ norton internet 2008. Message: Internet Explorer has stopped working
" a problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" That's it.
I tried restoring to previous dates, and the scheduled restores fail. I have tried w/out antivirus, no go.
Anyone seen or know how to solve this problem. I don't know if there is a way to fix IE7 itself in Vista?
I did go through some machinations a few weeks ago to install Norton 2008, but that was just to eventually reload the C++ distributables. I think it was working after that.
