ok heres a problem, i was using my xp driver for my Realtek AC'97 audio codec, and microsoft had asked me to run in compatibility mode, and i said ok when it still didnt work right i opted to use the vista driver, now everytime i open it i get a message first that says please confirm "run a legacy cpl elevated", thats the compatibility thing from my XP driver, b.c. the vista driver just updated it, it didnt uninstallt he reninstall

Please help turn this off!!

I would suggest running the uninstall for the XP driver. If necessary, uninstall the Vista driver then reinstall the XP driver in compatibility mode. Then uninstall it in compatibility mode, then install the Vista driver again.

it replaced the xp driver with the vista driver, and like idk where to find it now..so should i reinstall XP driver, run in compatibility....uninstall it...then reinstall vista driver...no compatiblility mode...thats so stupid guarentee vista sp1 is going to have something where you can take off driver compatibility mode lol
