Hello,

I just spilled some soapy water from my soapdish onto my laptops screen and keyboard and everything works fine since I aired it out and it wasn't that much. It's an old laptop that has a pretty dark screen because it's old but the water seemed to have gotten behind the screen and where it has it looks great! It's as bright as any new lcd! What gives? Should I worry, how can I make my entire screen this bright?

LOL who would have though? I wont tell you to do this its a joke put the screen under water lol! Dont do this.

If the screens backlights are going bad then there is really no way to make it brighter. You might can adjust the setting on the monitor to make its contrast and brightness more.

Do you have the manul to it? If you dont give me the model number and maker maybe I can find it for you.
