I have tried for the last 20 min. to enter a topic into WXP, and the page freezes, is there something wrong with the page site ??also I have lost control of the curser as I am printing this there is no curser visible ??Is it my computer I seem to type ok in Word Pad and in the search

I have gone to quick edit and my curser is visible as I type this ?

This I have found is having an occurence in other programs while typing an e-mail I lost site of the curser but was still able to type.

How can I track this down ?

In the past I have noticed that there are times when my pointer or arrow will jump wildly somewhere else on my open screen or desk top.

I am still not able to get into BC WXP Forum New Topics the page freezes ??

I am not sure if it has something to do with the curser or the BC web site but the currser is working OK here ?

I had to rebuild my internet conection, but that did not solve the BC page freeze ?

I'll go back and see if there are curser problems in any other programs.

It still has a wild jump thing, I know that this is a symptom of something but I can not remeber what it was, I tried search key word using curser but I only got this post ?

I can't even remember what my New Topic was, Sheeez ! !

Try clearing you history, cookies, and temp files, reboot and see if that does anything

Well, I have rebooted several times yesterday, and I have used ATF Cleaner for all files, etc. Today I
did another cleaning using ATF, and in about 1 sec., it said it was done and that AFTcleaner has freed 7,812.000KBS, I hope that is right because, really it did that in 1 sec. flat,

But, . . .no I have gone back to BC Forum WXP and zilch, it froze up on me again.

What can it possibly be ?

I really need your help,
What has happened is that I am now using another computer, I came back to WXP forum to report that the computer I am speaking of in this thread, has completely shut down, . .that will be an issue, . .
however, . .

I am still having a problem when going to new Topics, when I open the page for new topics, before the page is entirely open, it instantly closes and the AOL home page pops, up.

Therew must be something wrong with my BC user connection for the WXP Forum, that concerns, my use of new topics,
I arrived here by going to tips and tricks and entering the moved thread.

So if we can fix this then I can tell you about my Compaq Presario 4403 US Shut Down???

I am anxiously awaiting any help I may be able to get !
