I want to preview the picture as i previously did it in window xp...
How do i do that in Vista?

In most Vista installations you can double click on the picture to preview it (although if you have Office 2007 installed that might have changed). Or, you can right click on the picture and select "Preview"

The folder called "pictures" in Vista by default has this preview behavior. I'm sorry, but because I dont speak the language, I'm not sure if that is what we are looking at in your image.

For other folders:
Right click the containing folder.
Right-click and select properties.
Click the Customize tab.
Select Pictures and Videos from the drop down list.
