I just switched hard drives from one machine to another, and so I have a few spare parts here.

I simply do not have any info on this machine so I don't know what this RAM stick is.

I queried the manufacturer and expect they will reply but this being the Labor day weekend, I probably won't get an answer until tuesday.

So, if you have a lookup and the don't mind the spare time here's what I am looking at:

It will not fit That stick is 184 pin. The Compaq takes 164 pin

SDRAM : 168 pins
DDR1 : 184 pins
DDR2 : 240 pins
SO-DIMM SDRAM : 144 pins
SO-DIMM DDR1 : 200 pins
SO-DIMM DDR2 : 200 pins
