IUSR_NMPR has suddenly appeared as a user in the c:\user directory.

i have attempted to delete this user, but it indicates that it will not allow me to.

I am using VISTA and have checked my control panel users section...this user is not listed.

can anyone tell me what / who this usr is and how it got past McAfee and how can i get rid of it/
