I came across this program via Appscout. I guess it's security related. It's called the Secunia Personal Software Inspector. It scans all programs on your computer and tells you what needs to be updated or deleted. I've had a new computer for only a week but it told me to update my Flash player. I would imagine most of you would need more updates than me. After the initial scan, it runs in the background and will notify you of updates in real time. It's free and out of date software can be a significant security risk.

The Secunia PSI is a Beta program.
This means the program is still, in the testing stage.
It could contain bugs, which may have adverse effects on your Operating System.

If your not comfortable being a "guinea pig", and have some experience at troubleshooting software, it's advisable to avoid this program, until the final release becomes available.
